So it’s actually not an old home. The neighborhood is large and gated, and very close to our office. Anything they want on Line Ave, shops, restaurants, etc. is very easy to get to.

Selling this home was an amazing experience! It is a great home, it went in 1 short month! This home was listed 6 months before HHG got it, and we put our marketing to the test! It was listed before and it expired so they buyers decided to so FBSO. HHG called them up, gave them the home value they were looking for, and got the listing. We had a stagger come in and rearrange the furniture to make it look more homey. Claire Ellerbe at Staging Makes Sense is who we recommend for that, we love her work. We held an LSU Open House to get the word out where we served drinks and grilled hot dogs, so yummy! We did a story board on this property which you can check out and leave feedback. We also sent out a weekly notification to the sellers to keep them updated on the views and offers of the property. These are the things that HHG does to get homes sold. We put in our all and a little prayer which never fails!

Bossier Home Sold October 15,2013 in Southgate!! This family bought with Erin Holloway for the second time. This HUD property actually even closed early with the help of some great people. HUD properties are 1 to 4 unit properties that are the result of a HUD foreclosure action on a persons FHA insured mortgage. Kelli Massio helped assist in this closing from Fairway Mortgage the buyer had a VA Loan. Also the Seller paid all closing costs, 3% of selling price. This foreclosure property was purchased by the Koury’s at $207,000 and was appraised for $225,000. This was such a good deal, we are so glad we could be there for them for a second time!

Ten years ago Erin met this wonderful family at the Pierre Bossier Mall, now they are on house number two and baby number two so a huge Congrats to the Kourys!!! Their new home is located in Southgate Estates in Bossier City. Southgate is connected to Barksdale Blvd, and very close and convenient to shops, food, and grocery stores. It is also very close to Jimmy Davis Bridge, and Arthur Teague Hwy for traveling. The CenturyLink Center is not even a mile away, and the Red River is close for some fun in the sun. Barksdale Field was established in 1933 after the conjoined efforts of some of the area’s most prominent citizens, and after the Army Air Corps separated from the U.S. Army in 1948, it was renamed to Barksdale Air Force Base.
